We offer a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on the following product categories, valid from the original date of purchase (or such longer period as may be required by applicable law, which may include the Province of Quebec):

• Clothing
• Handbags and baby bags
• Backpacks
• Wallets and small leather goods
• Shoes
• Jewelry
• Eyewear (sunglasses and reading glasses only. Optical excluded)

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or aging or damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care or accidents.

Your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty will be, at our option, either to repair or replace the product. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service team by email. We will be happy to help. Be sure to include your original proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or order number), as it is required to process your request.

We reserve the right to determine the cause of damage and the resolution of each warranty claim in our sole discretion. Without limitation, we reserve the right to deny claims in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the warranty has been abused.

We offer a two-year manufacturing defect warranty from date of purchase (or such longer period as may be required by applicable law, which may include the Province of Quebec) on our watches. The limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. In certain jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK) and Switzerland (CH), consumers are entitled by law to remedies from the seller, free of charge, for lack of conformity of the goods. These legal rights typically last for at least two (2) years from the purchase and are not affected by this warranty. The national law of your country of residence may provide for stronger consumer rights.

This warranty does not cover any defect in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet, including plating on the case and/or bracelet, damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging, water damage if care instructions for the product's water resistance levels (as marked on the product) were not followed or if if the serial number has been removed or altered.

Your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty will be, at our option, either to repair or replace the product so that it performs substantially in accordance with the product specifications. Except where required by applicable law (which may include the Province of Quebec), the warranty period is not extended if we replace a warranted product or any part(s).

• Photos of the item clearly showing the problem
• A copy of the proof of purchase , typically the original receipt, gift receipt, or online order number, however, other forms of proof may be accepted in accordance with local laws.

To set up your repair, visit https://services-us.fossilgroup.com/. Quotes, invoices, and repair status updates will be sent via e-mail. We suggest you send your timepiece by insured, traceable means and properly packaged to protect against damage during transit. Please do not send the product in the original packaging as the packaging will not be returned with the item. Please be aware that fossil group services is not responsible for any impact / shipping damage or lost items that may occur during transit. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the date your package is received.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE ALSO LIMIT THE DURATION OF ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME JURISDICTIONS (WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS WARRANTY OR THE PRODUCT, AND OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS WARRANTY OR THE PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
